The cynic in me says this is all by design. His rich buddies are buying stock on sale this week before the market corrects again.
CEOs might be temporarily unhappy, but the true wealthy are making moves.
The market corrected within hours of opening. The arbitrage opportunity is already over and was so small that only people operating with large scale portfolios made any real money off of it.
Never mind that the police roaming the streets will have orders of magnitude larger impact on it than the tariffs.
