So, Vance seems to be saying thati Stewart is above average but the problem is that he thinks he’s almost a genius. The “false arrogance” bit, though… So Stewart is only pretending to be arrogant and he’s actually a pretty down to earth guy who does not think he’s a genius? Overall pretty solid bromance thing going between those two!
Conservatives don’t understand there is difference between arrogance and confidence. It’s why they always fall for a con man.
It’s by definition higher than average (100) so yeah.
It’s also less than one standard deviation from average… So not great either.
