Just take it as a “gift” for your enemy as a joke. When they get offended, blame them for stealing your evil chalice and express disappointment in how they can’t take a joke.

Fallout is okay. It could be more Fallout-ity. That said, I think Silo is a great treatment of a more realistic, less campy Fallout series.
