This was used in the war between Russia and Finland in 1941. Without software though.
Russian had placed bombs in a city in Finland and the bombs could be triggered by a combination of frequencies broadcast on radio.
The Finnish engineers figured it out and drove a car around the city broadcasting a song that would scramble the frequencies.
The worst is when windows doesn’t even show that it’s doing anything but is still hogging 100% cpu and most of the ram for some random background service for several minutes after booting.

Why wouldn’t they? Pension funds invest in everything
My pension company gives me the option to choose a risk profile to limit how they are allowed to invest my money. The safest investments aren’t always the best over time, so currently I have a medium risk which will be sloped down as I get closer to retirement. I could also get a more direct control of their investments, but that requires a lot more time and worry than I’m willing to use.
Right now, not much can done, but ideas will change over time as the people holding the old ideas eventually die from age.
In my opinion, the current shitshow is actually a sign of old ideas dying. It’ll take time, but I don’t believe the Project 2025 will be successful. It’s happening brutally right now, but it will fail, because it’s being done with only very slim support from the population.
