I am in the US and its gotten very political but as pretty much a peon do I just tune the stuff out thinking its fear mongering? Or should I closely pay attention to it?

I just looked up out of curiosity how to build a pipe bomb on google. The how to build a dirty bomb nuclear bomb and so forth. They are all .gov sites. How do people keep building these things?

I feel stupid asking this. But cities and countries who have smog and a major amount of air pollution. Why doesn't the wind blow it away or move it overtime? Is there that much pollution?

Just watch Creature Commandos they have this robot that just kills nazi's. My question is is it possible to teach a robot or AI to hate? Or love? Or would they just mimic are inputs?
