I feel like they will flood themselves. To a certain mindset, anyone who isn’t a cis het white male is defacto DEI. If you hire them, if you suffer to work with them, that’s DEI. If a minority-owned business gets preferential treatment in contracting (and they do), that’s DEI.

I’m almost afraid of doing anything ironically any more because someone will take it seriously because someone else honestly holds the absurdity to be true.
